Planning what’s going inside our briefcase is a very good start. Among other things you may have to take a laptop to work each day or require a compartment which can store and adequately protect your belongings.
If you are a female perhaps space in your briefcase for your cosmetics would be a helpful alternative and spare you carrying a handbag too. Any decent lawyers briefcase should also easily carry books relative for work (or your own sanity) and also the briefcase should be able to store more than you need and potentially be expandable as required.
